  Throughout each year I travel the Welsh countryside 3 – 4 times to hit the mountain walks and I will certainly stay here again. The Joys of Life must rank the highest of all places I have stayed within Wales. The attention to detail from the initial booking to the layout of the room was to a very high standard. Wendy was always efficiently availa... vad folk säger » ble when something was requested. The breakfast was laid out with many options to choose from fresh strawberries to a greasy fry up!! It’s very nice t - Wendy the owner was very nice, she made us feel at home and was very helpful. The hotel was extremely spacious with lovely outdoor scenery. It was the perfect place for a couple or families. Would definitely stay here again.

  Fantastic weekend, spoilt rotten by Jeff and Shirley and their beautiful home. This place must rank amongst the best place in the UK for a quiet break away from it all. The rooms are spotlessly clean, very well appointed with a view over the confluence of two rivers. A huge thank you to both Jeff and Shirley for making our stay something special, the card from them for my wife - We sat each morning to have breakfast to the sound of the river and views of woodpeckers and squirrels a few feet away.The room was spotless and decorated to a high standard. We arrived each evening to complimentary homemade cake and the breakfast menu had choice and was great quality. It is located on the northern tip of Snowdonia so loads to visit and do. Such a lovely relaxing place to get away from it all.
