  This is a proper pub that does good food and is run by a friendly young couple who deserve success. As you enter there is a dining area to left and a bar area to the right and the pub retains an atmosphere that welcomes both drinkers and diners alike. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced and the beer was without fault (Langton's Angler... vad folk säger » , Oakham JHB and Old Speckled Hen on my visit). - Truly outstanding! The George inn is an accommodating, unique, and amazing experience. From the English pub to the well kept rooms we found everything we needed at the hotel. Breakfast was great and the couple who manage the hotel were exceptionally nice. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area or even people planning to do the tough mudder in nearby Kettering.

  What a gem! Beautiful setting, was able to sit next to river and have a drink on arrival. Lovely out door areas, also a court yard with cover from sun or rain. Lovely welcome shown to your room. Extremely clean lovely bedding and bed. Well appointed with lovely extras to make you welcome and all at a good price per night. Breakfast in Café Nevil in court yard conservatory, again good choice and fresh produce and good portions.Would love - Situated in a splendid location the Nevill Arms visitor is greeted by friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. The rooms are well appointed, bright and airy with facilities not always found in some more expensive hotels. The menu has choices to suit all tastes; the food was very well presented using quality locally sourced produce. Our only regret was that our stay was too short.

  Everything was perfect. The staff were 2nd to none. The restaurant was beautiful as was the food it served. The rooms were perfect. And bar perfectly run. A lovely place I'd Definetly return to.
