I loved the layout of the room, it was not to crowded which meant there was space to read and relax. The en-suite was amazing and I very much enjoyed the shower, even the shower gel dispenser I found quaint and easy to use. The staff themselves did not look down on me because I was a student in fact they were very efficient and charming. I enjoyed

The friendly welcoming staff who were only too pleased to help out with a problem we had with the TV at the start of our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the breakfast was excellent value. We were in Sheffield for the snooker championships and the hotel was a short walk to the city centre and the venue.

the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. Walked into reception to a warm and friendly greeting. Advice about the hotel and the Beefeater restaurant on the site given. Booked us a table for an evening meal and breakfast following morning. Our room was clean and had everything we required.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Travelling with our 2 yr old twins, staff put my mind at ease over phone that they would sort the room for us. We arrived at 11pm, receptionist came out to greet us in car park, offering to take bags so we could get children in the warm ASAP. Staff in restaurant so friendly and welcoming to children. Maintenance man v friendly and chatty when we met in corridor.. Cannot praise everyone we came into contact with enough. Brilliant staff, a credit to premier inn.
