  The location was great and easy to find at 3 in the morning. However the best thing about the hotel was its extremely welcoming, hospitable and helpful english speaking staff. Wish there was a higher rate than excellent as the reception staff was so good. - It was almost brand new hotel, plus very conveniently located for the train station

  The staff are so friendly and helpful, by email and in person. The rooms have to have the best city view in Spain, it was like staying opposite St Paul's Cathedral, and at night this amazing illuminated building filled our view, the rooms are modern and bright, the ac welcome and the electric blinds made for a good night's sleep. Worth a visit, and the Pla - Excellent apartment ,top quality appliances,nice bedroom with onsuit,Wether religious or not the veiw from lounge window of cathedral is stunning ,and especially at night.Staff at the hotel where we had to collect the keys where very helpful ,the only draw back was it was a little difficult to find,anyone contemplating a visit head for cathedral -Basilica ,park near as possible,hotel no more than 150yds to pick up keys,and hotel staff will help with the parking,well worth the visit.Gareth, Pat

  The only problem we encountered was marked difficulty getting to the hotel by car. We drove around for almost two hours until a couple got in the car and using the GPS on their phone, found a route. Otherwise, the hotel could not have been better. It is in a great location, the room was very comfortable and the staff were great. - Right in the... vad folk säger » centre of Zaragosa and, therefore, an excellent base for exploring the city. If travelling by car it is a must to book the hotel's car park. Check-out by midday but ok to leave car much longer and simply collect when ready to depart. At about €4 a night for parking in centre of city - excellent.

  Rooms were excellent. - I found the hotel quite convenient for visiting the city being only aboout ten minutes walk from the old town and not much further away from the Aljaferia Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
