This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely. The location is very close to San Sebastian RENFE station. It is also couple of minute to the beach.
It is very clean and almost new since the owner just repaint the pension.
It is definetiley worth place to stay and if I am going to san sebastian, I will definitely come back to this pension

The owner was superlative in every way, trained in hospitality with a
wealth of experience and knowledge about how to run a hotel business. He
is smart, resourceful, really cared about his guests, and speaks English
beautifully. The rooms were each beautifully and individually decorated
with taste, a mini fridge, some with balconies, situated in the old and
fun part of San Sebastián. I highly recommend staying at this pensione.

Great place. 5 min walk to kursal palace and 10 min to bretxa market. The difference between a holiday inn room and this one is the name of the hotel and the size of the room (this one is smaller). Staff were extremely helpful. The receptionist provided detailed directions to us (would never have found the place with these!). Bicycles were provided to us free of charge. Loved this pension! They upgraded us to a massive corner room which
had a separate lounge area with tv and numerous little balconies. This
pension is very clean and has great staff that are very very helpful
and will even draw on a map all the tapas bars they regularly go to.
So ask a few of the staff so you get a good mix of Bars to hang out
at.

- excellent hotel if you travel by car, great location, silent in the evenings, excellent view on the sea, very friendly stuff, easy to reach to San Sebastian, good value for money. You can also travel to the mountain nearby (but somehow you need to pay 2 eur to get to the territory - private territory, we decided to refuse)
Tea and coffee are available all the time. It is a family hotel and you can feel that. very cosy breakfast area and lounge.
