  The service was very friendly and accommodating. We got all our questions answered, recommendations, maps, directions, everything well handled. Best of all we had 3 great meals there - a 2 course dinner, tasty continental breakfast, and by special request, the chef made us a paella for breakfast! The best we've had on our 2-week trip through Spain... vad folk säger » . All hotel amenities of good quality and nicely appointed. We also love the decor and setting of the hotel in this small town. Highly highly recommen - our second visit to this lovely hotel. beautifull situation in small town among the vines with many wine purchasing opportunities. Had superb dinner,in atmospheric dining room. As only 4 of us, it was like having your own personal chef, as menu was discussed with us beforehand, over aperitifs in the lounge.

  the stunning architecture and exterior as well as interior design. very good buffet and à la carte breakfast included. Restaurant overall very good. Great rooftop terrace to relax. Very friendly and competent staff. Very well located - only 7km from several of the most popular wineries (e.g. Marques de Riscal, Ysios) and bikes to rent for free so ... vad folk säger » you can even leave your car. - We liked everything about this hotel: it's location; accessibility to many towns within Rioja; it's friendly and attentive staff; it's relaxed atmosphere; but most of all the architectural design, both interior and exterior, quirky and contemporary. The rooftop terrace was also a major plus. We would definitely return here and recommend it.

  We booked in for the wine tour and tasting weekend. Our host, José was very friendly and informative. His passion for his wine-making and his region and village really shone through. Tapas with wine tasting were great. Breakfasts were amazing and the best we've experienced in Spain. As well as being the hotel owner, José grows the grapes for hi... vad folk säger » s excellent wines and is perfect host. - I can think of few hotels that would qualify as both 'budget' and 'luxury':gourmet breakfast and dinner, cozy parlors to relax all afternoon long, at a very economical price. Rooms tastefully decorated, with locally made quilts and other crafts to creat a cozy welcoming atmosphere. But if you are looking for spas & business centers, this isn't for you.
