  All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet. La Terrace Restaurant - spectacular breakfast, wonderful cuisine.   This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. The position of this beautiful hotel is great - 20 mins from Tenerife South airport, right by the beach with - The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

  Location was great, lovely rooms, very good size, especially loved the bathroom which was very large with a separate shower and bathtub. Also loved the sea view. Very freindly staff - Staff were friendly and helpfull

  From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment. Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.

They really care about your needs and your Hotel experience. At the same time the Hotel as beautiful Villas and the all - The villa was fantastic with its own pool. It was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The buffet breakfast was great and staff were really nice. There was a playground which was brilliant and a putting course which the children enjoyed. The hotel also ran a free miniclub for children. Oana who ran the club was brilliant with the children and there was supervised activities during the day. The playroom where the club took place was fantastic. Great toys for the children and my 12 month old
