  We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were informed that some food was available for us if we wanted to eat. A very good start and as I had to return to the airport to collect the last one in our group we did not get into the hotel until after midnight. The bar was closed by this time but the barman kindly reopened so we could have a much needed dri... vad folk säger » nk after our travels. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with good facilities and the food was fine. We stayed - Hotel staff and food was A1 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Food was best I have had for this type of Hotel.Although hotel was catered for Germans, we had no problem as most people speak English. Also hotel is within walking distance to beach and shops and local transport was no problem. I would come back again to the same hotel, also if you like to play tennis there was a lot courts in the area and not far from Le Mar Golf course.

  The staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay... Our dog as well! We will definitely stay there when we go back to Palma. - Quite good kitchen. Only thing missing was microwave. Cousy apatment. Cafeteria staff ware super frienly. Location was good.

  Ett otroligt mysigt hotell nära stranden. Rummen lite slitna och trånga (vi var tre personer)Maten var fantastiskt god (hade halvpension)Den nya poolen var väldigt fin. - Fin utsikt,charmig atmosfär,vänlig personal,badstrand tvärs över gatan,15-20 min.promenad in till centrum.Avgiftsfri parkering utanför hotellet.Bra frukost!

  Staff couldnt have been better, very clean contemporary hotel, nothing was too much problem, excellent standard overall, Poolside towels provided and double sun loungers.I have never stayed in a 2 */hostel before and it was a much more pleasant experience than many other 4*Hotels .As I was a Solo female guest I could not have chosen a better Hotel... vad folk säger » .Good local buses to Palma etc. Excellent - Gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

  Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away.   Great choice of food and drinks at every meal, bar open from morning till midnight, location near the beach and the port area. Great value for money! Night entertainment.   This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

  Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.
