  The hotel was well designed. the rooms comfortable. We paid to upgrade from a demi loft suite to the much more costly gold suite which was a fun experience. Staff very helpful and warm natured. Would definately return. - Everything was fantastic... Again... It's always a relaxing and pleasuring moment the time spent on this hotel.   The hotel is outstanding. Once we got there we could not have been moresatisfied with the setting, the facilities, the food, the staff. (Evenif we did have to change our room to accommodate King Juan Carlos andhis entourage.) - The rooms, the views, the meals, the service... everything!!   The hotel was fabulous! The room was beautiful, decorated with original art. They had wonderful pillows which allowed for a truly comfortable night's sleep. The hotel was a bit more expensive than we would have liked but the special offer of "breakfast included" made it worthwhile. - Most of the staff were very helpful.
