  All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet. La Terrace Restaurant - spectacular breakfast, wonderful cuisine.   This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. The position of this beautiful hotel is great - 20 mins from Tenerife South airport, right by the beach with - The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

  Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available.   Location was great, lovely rooms, very good size, especially loved the bathroom which was very large with a separate shower and bathtub. Also loved the sea view. Very freindly staff - Staff were friendly and helpfull

  Det låg ganska nära stranden. Fanns buss till stranden men jag promenerade. Frukosten och middagen var maten god. stort urval. Poolområdet snyggt och fantastiskt lugnt då i januari. Ingen deltog i vattengymnastiken, men jag såg inga ledare för den heller. De hade kanske gett upp hoppet att någon ville delta. Dansshowen i restaurangen var fin.   From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment. Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.

Top animated for me and my children. - The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help. Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

  We had a wonderful week in January. Perfect time away relaxing. Went for heated pool option. Villas are exactly like the brochure. Victor and rest of hotel staff very helpful and friendly.   Everything was perfect... absolutely nothing to complain about...great value, great facilities, great location near marina rubicon, papagayos, playa Blanca...we got lost because our GPS couldnt register the location since lots of new construction and they came and picked us up...the pool was great for my kids, 8,6, and 3.
