  Convenient location (5 min walk from Plaza Espana), clean and comfortable room (double for single use), superb bathroom with soft towels, magnificent view of the Royal Palace from the window, helpful and smiling staff. - Great location, great place. Very charming and the staff is excellent.Cannot beat the value, 4 star for the price of 3 stars.

  The location, cleanliness, and comfort. Having THE major department store (El Corte Ingles) and metro less than 2 minutes away. The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The rate for my stay via this site was a great discount-much better than what ... vad folk säger » I see posted now. - The location was absolutely fabulous and central to the area in which I desired to stay. The metro stop was less than two minutes away and facilitated travel throughout the city. The room was clean and maintained throughout my stay. While the hotel offered breakfast, there were also multiple restaurants close by to choose from.

  The room was very big, comfortable and the staff were excellent. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. He makes a good impressio for the hotel and surely made my stay a pleasant one. - The room was spacious and clean. Friendly and truly helpful staff - a receptionist has printed out a renfe (trains) schedule for me, and it was her own initiative.   Mycket fint, lugnt, rent och trevligt hotell med närheten till centrum av Madrid - very peacefull with many grassy areas. The pool was nice and the beach towel service usefull. The rooms and esp. the bathrooms are excellent. The staff are very helpfull and the free internet usefull for the children. the bus to moncloa is regular, cheap and outside ... vad folk säger » the gates of the hotel (15 min journey). reception has chinese and pizza take away menus and will order for you - The hotel is modern and is located in a suburban area. There is a bus that connects from the metro making it very easy to access.
