  Convenient location (5 min walk from Plaza Espana), clean and comfortable room (double for single use), superb bathroom with soft towels, magnificent view of the Royal Palace from the window, helpful and smiling staff. - Great location, great place. Very charming and the staff is excellent.Cannot beat the value, 4 star for the price of 3 stars.

  The room was very big, comfortable and the staff were excellent. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. He makes a good impressio for the hotel and surely made my stay a pleasant one. - The room was spacious and clean.   Well kept and clean - Very convenient location - 3-5 minutes walk from the metro, 7-10 minutes walk to Gran Via, several El Corte Ingles shops were located around. Friendly and truly helpful staff - a receptionist has printed out a renfe (trains) schedule for me, and it was her own initiative.
