  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Lots of buckets and spades provided and jumping in and out of the pool. The grounds are nicely designed and the food is very good. Fantastic selection of freshly grilled fish and salads.

  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Swimming pool is not large, it was fine for off season (may),not sure about summer months,but we prefered bea - The location and poolside bar.   I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. Lovely and quite and full kitchen facilities location is amazing just a 2 second walk out ont... vad folk säger » o the new town main strip. The staff are a credit to this apartment block! well done! - I love this place and have stayed there 2 or 3 times already. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

  Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.   I have never come accross a complex so clean or with such helpfull staff nothing was a problem had a brill time and with out a doubt shall return - The Complex was lovely and relaxing

  When I booked the Guinate apartments I was worried as there was a lot of negative feedback. Before we arrived at the Guinate we were given a code to access a small box outside the entrance to collect the keys. This was easy to do. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It had an oven, toaster , kettle and a lot of cutlery to include ... vad folk säger » bread knives. I have stayed in other apartments in lanzarote and the pots were all cheap quality. At the Guinate the cooking pots were excellent. It a - Visited alone without the family and was exactly what I needed. Was not out for luxury or night clubs but to be able to relax after a busy period. Was a peaceful place to stay. The possibility to have your own keys to the main gate to the area was great. Standard was basic with not too tiny rooms. Very friendly personal. Can really really go there back also with the family

  The villa is located in an easily accessible and quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The villa is large and spacious and the heated swimming pool was great for our large family of 8. There's a small grocery store and a supermarket a few minutes walk away so it's easy to stock up the fridge. I highly recommend this agency i - The villa was really big and clean. It was separated and we could see the sea from the top balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was awesome

  We stayed in no. 6 Villas Bocaina. It's a quiet area but very close to shops bars etc. Two supermarkets close by and a corner shop. 6 of us went and easily fit us all, lots of room. Everyone loved it! We had plenty of sun loungers and outdoor space,and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, knives, bbq ... vad folk säger » stuff etc.). The pool was great and the villa was cleaned twice during the week. The women who emailed us was very helpful and arranged to have a dvd - Very well equiped, very comfortable, very clean and great service. The location was ideal too, as my sister had to attend the dialysis clinic around the corner. It was great for local shops/supermarkets, and the strip/beach was just a short walk. Lots to see and do for all ages. And the towels were changed regularly. Would deffinately recommend these villas. They were in a lovely area.

  The hotel is great value for money. The apartments are larger than others I have stayed in the same area. We had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was spotless. There are 2 pools, the smaller one is nice and quiet so we always went to this one. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and there are nice comfy cushions for the... vad folk säger » sun beds. Also if people are reserving the beds with towels reception come out and take their towels, this was great and reserving beds is so annoyin - Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Bar staff were great, Marcelo & Jaen were very welcoming and were great entertainment. Domingo runs the restaurant, he is a fine chef and I would recommend you try the restaurant during your stay. Poolside is covered by a super nice guy Cecilio. More than a lifeguard, he would entertain and teach the kids card tricks and give the adults fitness tuition. Always one to hold an interesting conversation with.
