  Trevlig anläggning, fina pooler, mycket prisvärt paket med inträde på nöjesfältet - went to watch son play football - location. I would also like to add that the noise that is mentioned so much from the H top is not actually that bad. We have two children and i would have preferred to stay there.

  We love the fact that it is set in an intmate buzzy little neighbourhood, where in no time at all, you get to recognise the local characters. There are few staff, all family, I suspect, and you get a very personal welcome. The rooms are much better than the outside appearance of the place leads you to suspect, particularly for less than 40€ per ni... vad folk säger » ght including breakfast. We have now been there twice and will do again - Really did like this hotel in whole. Nice location, not far from the beach (3 min walk), not noisy at nights, friendly personal. Breakfast was almost same every day but sufficient to fill full. It the cafe on a ground floor you can order a complete dinner for 10 euros, which is deal comparing neighbor cafes.

  This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. The staff are more than accomodating and very pleasant. The appartment is comfortable and well equipped (there is only a microwave but it is a combi). Beach is lovely and quiet (although steep hill to climb on way back!) Childrens play area great for keeping them amused. Location is heavenly ... vad folk säger » very quiet and picturesque. You do need a car though as its quite remote. Fantastic holiday. - Everything. The apartment was in a beautiful secluded setting surrounded by trees which lead down to one of many beautiful beaches in the area. We visited several beaches by foot. I would say a car would be handy, however a 20 min walk and you have chemist and supermarket. The staff are extremely polite and helpful with pretty good understanding of English.We booked in for 5 nights but loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

  the atmosphere and the facilities - I liked the location of the hotel....the landscape scenery is justfantastic...staff was kind and polite...plenty of parking...hotel is farfrom the noisy areas, thus perfect for a quiet stay.

  great value for money we really enjoy our stay in Hostal Ancora.. air condtion worked very well the room is always clean towels changed every day, helpful staff and good breakfast.. if i go back to lloret de mar that the first thing i search for - we are a retired couple and found the ancora a very good cheap and cheerful hostal.
