  This hostal was amazing. The room was small, but spacious. It had a tv with cable. You can book a two person room for very cheap. Between me and my friend we only paid €25 a night. That means we each paid €12.50 per night. It was very worh it! We had our own bathrooms and the beds where very comfortable. I recommend this hostal for anyone staying ... vad folk säger » in Madrid and on a budget, but doesn't want any cheap looking place either. - The staff was very friendly although it was a little bit difficult to communicate in English. The equipement and service is pretty good as a family-run hotel.

  The hotel is very close to the center and also to El retiro. Althought there is a bar just outside the hotel, where you can eat some cheap tapas, the 8rooms is very quite and comfortable. the staff is excelent, the lady that cleans is a hard working person and the receptionist is always smiling and willing to help.   It was a pleasant place for the budget and it is located in place where it is easier to access all forms of public transport. Very impressed with cleaning and making of beds everyday. - Excellent localization and price/quality relationship.
