Our room was at the back of the hotel which avoided any possible noise from Las Ramblas.   Läget var enormt bra. Terassen fantastisk. Bra planlösning. Trots dålig städning och hårda sängar var det helt OK! - Excellent hotel in very convenient location, next to subway station. Just few steps to La Rambla walking street, subway enables easy and cheap access to all sights as well as wide range of reasonable priced restaurants nearby makes... vad folk säger » holiday very pleasant. - There was a problem with the original apartment I had booked so I was given a better apartment, a discount and a bottle of wine.   The apartments are located right off the Ramblas and very close to the Liceu metro station, making exploring the Gothic Quarter and other areas of Barcelona a breeze. Staff were very responsive. Kitchen looked well- stocked and the apartment had a functional washer and drying rack. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. Bcn House apartments are seconds away from the centre of la Rambla, minutes away from the metro, cathederal, market, numerous museums. The beach and harbour were just a stroll away. Do try the Bengal Spicey indian restaurant in the next street up (Carrier de Sant Pau) Also recommended is the Cellar de Tapas on passeig de Joan de borbo (as you head to the beach from barceloneta metro station)

  The cleanliness of the room and hotel were immaculate, and the location superb. The complimentary snacks which were replenished daily, was a nice touch. The roof top bar/pool/Jacuzzi had a great ambiance. Staff top notch, nothing too much trouble. Makes a big difference on a hot day. This is an excellent hotel, and will - I traveled with my two adult children (21 & 22) and we had two rooms. Location!!! Its on a quiet street just a few hundred yards from La Ramblas. It was a beautiful hotel right in the center of everything. The finishings were beautiful with a luxurious feel in the common areas as well as in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Nice big towels and very nice large bath sheets. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Spain, this was our favorite.

Stated on my booking and was met and shown around the security door and lift facilities. l was pleasantly surprised once I entered the apartment. The facilities and decor were good. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona. The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.

  Hotel Fornos biggest advantage is the l-o-c-a-t-i-o-N. Situtated 10 M. from the Rambla and 10 M. from the clasy and cool Plaza Real I wouldn't swith Fornos for another hotel. The interior of the room is a bit old, looks like from the 80's or so but who cares as long as you are in the middle of the action. The receptionists are cool, kind and fun. ... vad folk säger » Breakfast a bit dull but still maximum points for Fornos from me. - It was amazing, great view, awesome room (two balconies at a room of three beds), a nice and warm welcoming, situated in a very good location, very accessible from all points of view.
