Convenient location (5 min walk from Plaza Espana), clean and comfortable room (double for single use), superb bathroom with soft towels, magnificent view of the Royal Palace from the window, helpful and smiling staff. - Great location, great place. from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

The hotel location could not be beat. The breakfast was good and plentiful and was served until 11am. The hotel also had check-out times as late as 3pm. -

This is a small hostel high up in an old building. It's in a great
location and is perfect for friends or a couple to use as a base for
seeing Madrid. The staff was awesome. Totally awesome. The hostel is a
bit run down and in need of a bit of work. Hopefully the owners take

It is on 8th floor of busiest st in the city, Gran Via. But is close to
Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold
us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but
comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors
to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am

hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the

Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.
