  great location for old town beach and night life, accomodation basic the towels and bedding changed as stated when booking .The staff were all spanish but had no problem when booking in and out when we had a small problem with shower hose they sorted it out without fuss and were very helpfull.already booked this accomodation again for april 2014 ... vad folk säger » . - Nice size appartment, towels changed as promised, helpful staff. Manager arranged refund of 150 Euro bond promptly. Lots of hot water. Supermarket across the rd. Just the right distance from the bars or the old town, no need for taxis. We'll lit, secure. Good value for money, esp with three or four sharing.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... vad folk säger » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

  We stayed for five nights and we could not fault anything. The sea views from the room were fantastic, Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was brilliant with first class waiter service.   Very good facilities in apartment. I emailed before hand and asked for high floor. Was allocated a huge corner apartment with a massive wrap around balcony and a view to die for. It was spotless and very comfortable. Air con units in bedroom and living area that were quite and effecient at no extra charge. - The location was fabulous, only a shor... vad folk säger » t stroll (2 minutes) to the old town. The rooms were light and airy and there was a gooid sized balcony which gave spectacular views over the beach and promenade. The beds were lovely and firm so we had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.
