  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel... vad folk säger » ico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

  Mycket rent och fräscht. Utomordentligt badrum. - It was very close to the airport with a 24 hour bus shuttle service. In addition, it was very comfortable and seemed to have a great range of facilities. - The staff at the front desk were excellant. Wanted to have a hotelwith shuttle.

  Very close to the airport - walk 15 minutes to Terminal 2. Also 15 minute walk to Barajas Metro station (the stop between T4 and T1-2-3) which would save the Metro airport surcharge. Hotel was very clean and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. - I needed a cheap room near the Madrid airport on short notice, and Hostel Aeropuerto fit the b... vad folk säger » ill perfectly. The room was quiet, clean, air conditioned, and had fast (free!) wifi. Basic, but I was very happy with it for the price.

  Great welcoming from Olga in the reception. Fantastic extra transfer service to the airport in the morning. Clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower, the extra babycot was allready installed when we came to the room. We left earlier than breakfast time in the morning but we could collect our breakfast the night before - great service! - The ... vad folk säger » facility was modern and beautiful in a simple sort of way. It was extrememly clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful to us as foreign travelers. When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.

  The breakfast table was good - It was an excellent hotel with all the facilities one would expect but with little extra touches that made it special. Would definately stay there again. - Airport shuttle service-excellent. Staff is very customer oriented, personalized service was pleasant. Rooms, bar, etc. were first class.
