Leisurely walking by the sea and terrific shopping within a minute walk from the hotel. Location is superb! The breakfast was great, good selection of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, pastries and fruit juice etc. The beds are very comfortable, I managed to sleep well even with a bad back.   We have stayed a few times and like staying on the harbour. Staff are very friendly and keen to make our stay enjoyable.   This was the second time we stayed in a week as we had been out to Lysefjord and back again. We again enjoyed our stay, although had a different room which was not quite as good as the last.   The stuff of the hotel was nice and helpful, the breakfast was okay (sausages, eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables, cheese, yogurts...). The room was brilliant, with a very comfortable bed and a free Wi-Fi (which you have to activate by code you can get on the reception).   The staff is amazing, so helpful. I had asked about a nice restaurant because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary, she went through a few options until we decided on a location. She immediately made reservations for us and within 30 minutes of us getting settled in our room, there was a knock at the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne... vad folk säger » and a note congratulating us on our anniversary from the front desk staff.   Excellent staff, particularly the three young men on the reception desk at various times. 24 hour front desk was nice, as our flight got in really late.
