  - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!!   I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room.   First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city. The room was very nice and clean, and the kitchen equipment were ok. We found the lobby area very beautiful. There is a cafe just next door where one can have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in a very nice and cosy area of Rotterdam. It's very close to the river Maas and to the centre. A big part Kralingen Bos is also fairly close by bike. Very good value for money.
