  nice and clean room, great bathroom and good choices in breakfast. - The situation of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was set up in a good manner - buffet not in between the tables. Door lock of our first room did not lock properly but after a while easily transferred to another room.

  Rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. Good location for visiting Sluis.All staff very helpfull - Great location, friendly owner and staff who made us feel welcome, good breakfast, overall value for money

  We stayed there for a week. The staff was very kind and patient. Some of them speak some Spanish, which was very helpful for those in our group that didn't speak Dutch or English. The rooms are clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The location is great, nearby there are restaurants, some bars and Stores. The breakfast is delicious.   It was a huge park for camping, RVs, tents and cabins we stayed in a modular home type cabin- Casual, privacy, it was like camping with a hotel room. We had a large private patio, microwave/oven and hot pot, nice deep bathtub. And shower. Toilet separate from bath was convenient.   Location, location, location is excellent. We walked everywhere. The multi-lingual staff was incredible - they really take care of the guests. We stayed in the comfy Family Room on the upper level, and the harbor view was spectacular. Bathroom was huge. Free breakfast was delish. We will go back for sure! - Location was the best.
