Rooms are extremely clean and well equipped, as are the bathrooms, breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back.   Situated in an amazing area, so beautiful, gave me a different outlook on Amsterdam. Surrounded by everything you need. Bars, clubs, cafe's, restaurants and even the drop of point for tourists is just a 2minuit walk away. You can return to your hotel at any time through the night into the morning. We got discount cards for ever tourist attractio - Excellent situation by Rembrandtplein, 20 min walk anywhere and trams 9 and 4 to Central Station. While frosty outside inside was warm and cosy. Very friendly Asian staff. Basic breakfast but good 8am-10am. Wifi excellent in rooms.

In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. Would stay here again.

  Very friendly staff, location was perfect, located right off the Dam behind the royal palace. Very clean. You get your room key and a key to the front door so you don't have to worry if someone is at the desk....you can let yourself in, anytime! - The location is great and the staff were very helpful.   Hotel Pax is a cute, clean place to stay for a few nights, and the location is absolutely superb. It's right on a major street between Anne Frank House and Dam Square. Lots to see and do, all within walking distance. From Central Station, it was only 2 short tram stops, then a 4 minute walk at most. This hotel is perfect for the budget traveler lo - The hotel is exactly what is written in the ad. But you'll be surprised positively. It is an old building (like most part of houses there) with a big stair to enter. The owner is a very nice person and helped me with my baggage when I arrived. He also gave a lots of hints about the city and the touristic spots. Honestly, I was afraid of shared bathroom and shower, but they are individual e there aren't many rooms per floor, so every time I needed both were empty and I could use it. By the way,

  The hotel is very conveniently located (near the train station, the canal boat locations and the highly walkable set of city canals). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (I was having back spasms and they really took care of me.) Our room was remarkably quiet -- the Damrak was full of noisy soccer fans, but our window opened onto a well ... vad folk säger » between buildings and we heard almost none of it. - I was here about 10 days ago with my friends, the location was really excellent, in the town center and near the train station, staff was helpful and very kind, the reception works 24h a day, it was clean and we had so much fun, I would recommend it if you are coming to Amsterdam.
