one of our highlights!! youssef is the most friendly person. he loves his work and cares about his guest as if they are family. his house is lovely, lots of little details and places to hang out. big rooms, air con and heating, the best breakfast so far with omlette, eggs, freshly made delicious cake, orange juice, joghurt and more and wonderfull

Hamid was very helpful the time we were at Chez Youssef. We changed our schedule at least 3 times because we were sick but it was totally no problem for him. He took good care of us. In the end I was really surprised because he didn't want to charge the room for the last night when my sick friend stayed there and I went to the desert. I think that says enough about him and the place.

We had an excellent stay in this authentic place, located just in front of big dunes of Erg Chebbi. The Guest gouse is located in Tiharien village (4 km from Merzouga). I've found this village much more pleasant than Merzouga. There are less hustlers pushing you to take a camel trip, it is cleaner and more relaxing. The dunes are better than thos

We loved our stay here, including the night in the desert they arranged for us. The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived. They're also working to preserve the dunes and keep dirtbikes and quads off them. Great people! W

Don't miss the motorbike ride it is great. -
