It is the 1st time I give the maximum note to an hotel: everything was perfect. The staff is always present to help you in whatever you need, making sure to respect your privacy in the same time. A must to go if you want to spend some time in Ouarzazate. The attention given of the designof every room, all the small details who make the differenece, the kindness of the staff, the location in a quite area just next door from all activities, everything is in place to make you enjoy your stay.
alla recensioner » Stayed in the Shehrazad room which was well-decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. AC worked great, which made a huge difference because the heat in Ouarzazate was oppressive. While some have complained about the Vegas feel, my wife and I found the new and luxurious accommodations to be a welcome respite from the other riads we stayed at. Breakfast poolside was also a nice touch. It was a nice place. They were very nice and warm people. The guy at the rereception was soo kind and helpful. The breakfast that we had on our terace was so good and delicious. After our check out we noticed that they cleaned our car because the other they we were at the oases and it was very dusty. We thank for everything! Love Suzana and Sebastijan. gorgeous hotel, beauty, design, elegance, incredibly delicious cuisine and the staff deserves the highest praise. The manager gave us a nice gift, putting us in a room above the level for the same money that would make us pleased. thanks a lot!!!. The staff was excellent and very attentive. The rooms were extremely clean and attractive, bathrooms spacious and beautiful. The pool area very pretty and breakfast and dinner well served and delicious. The hotel / riad was a comfortable stay for us as we stopped in Quarzazate on our way further south into the desert. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. They washed our car -- twice!. very personel reception, extremly kind and attentive staff, interesting "movie" design. Amazing decoration, lovely staff. Staff was wonderful and attentive. absolutly nothing except the fact that we have to leave too soon. Our room, the Gladiator room was dark, as there wasn't a window to the outside. It was a liiittle bit expensive... We were a little disapointed the rate charged does not by any means match the level of riad. I ve stayed in many riads most of them much less expensive and the location ambience and level os service was much better. Not a good value for your money you have plenty of other options with a better location and rate.
