Staff is helpful, the rooms little bit small but designed and furnished well. The wi-fi connexion is good. The situation of the hotel is excellent in the medina of Meknes. great service, beautiful rooms in the old Moroccan-style breakfast served on the rooftop. Near the old town and monuments, just great hotel. Very easy to find and only a couple of minutes walk from the main square and medina. Nicely decorated riad with beautiful incense smells.

Building is maintained well. Good riad, nice roof terrace. Nice, big room. Good location. - I cannot tell anything good about this hotel. No toiletries supplied. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Our room hadn't windows outside, but it was ok. Kwahla room had a pump behind the bed wall. Nothing negative!. bathroom is a bit uncomfortable.. and the room isn't so fresh (but fortunately there's air conditioning). It was very cold in february, but it was cold everywere. Rooms have no natural light. Nothing. The first room we were shown was right beside the front desk downstairs, and was small and windowless. The bed was pushed against the wall so not practical for two people. We upgraded to a larger room for an extra five euros a night and it was much better,. There was a satelite TV but we couldn't watch it due to lack of bateries for both remotes controls. The breakfast was simple. Noisy at night. Room wasn't cleaned during the day (no fresh towels, sheets). When we arrived they showed us our room. This room was horrible: very small and directly behind the reception (a lot of noise). They immedialy suggested us to pay more for a better room. We had the impression this was a little shady. They attract customers with a cheap room on booking, the show you the room were no sane person can sleep in and they immedialy suggest you pay more to receive a decent room. strange smell, probably from the toilets, small and dark room... - Very-very dirty (think layer of dust, spiders web, blood in the bathroom) - floor is made of stones-very cold even in March - staff is poor (I asked for the taxi and I was told to go outside the hotel and find the taxi on the street; I asked to reduce my staying in the hotel from 3 to 2 days and I was told that it is not possible without paying full price fro 3 days) - it is located on the dirty narrow street - too dangeros.
