  The staff wear very friendly and helpful and kind with my kids. The housekeeper was fantastic to look after our room. The breakfast was very good and my kids liked it. We liked every things in the hotel. I was really relax for my 6 days holiday spent in this hotel with my family. - me and my family enjoyed the breakfast and location is so good

  Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. Good breakfast, large room and ideally placed for exploring Marrakech (see guide below). Would certainly recommend Les Idrissides. There are a selection of varying hotel standards to fit your choice but, more importantly, it is centrally connect - The family rooms are fantastic. You could lose yourself in the suite. The rooms were really spaceous, great faccilities, hotel really gets everyone involved with alot of events taking place, pools were great, easy to exchange money. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great. Breakfast was a fantastic selection, not far from the centre, all taxis

  This was an excellent hotel to spend a night before a morning flight back to the UK. Facilities were all you would expect from a four star hotel but at a fraction of the price. Though it was a new build the hotel offered a distinctive Moroccan character.   The location is great and very close to new city and a 20 minute walk to Medina & Jamal Fna Sq. We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. The hotel room was cleaned every day, rooms were spacious and ideal. We didnt ... vad folk säger » have breakfast so can't comment but restaurant in the hotel was great for brunch. There was a mini fridge in the room, we bought drinks which was grea - Its a traditionell arabic hotel with the traditionell arabic friendlyness and service. There is no alcohol and no smoking in the hotel and its all about serving the guest and making him feel like at home. We loved this hotel and especcially his employees. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it.

  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.
