  Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.   The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. I do not speak Frenchor Arabic and neither does my husband but the desk clerk and bellboyswere very attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and deliciouseven for my American taste. Really if ever do I find an imperative to make a comment or post anything on an Internet site. But on this occasion I truly need to extol the virtues of staying at the park suite hotel and my experience. The cooperation of the staff and management at this hotel is truly second to - Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards. I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi.
