  The room was very clean and service was very good for clean towels. The general manager, Phillipe responded very favorably to an accidental fall I had the first night. I was impressed by his action to have barriers placed around the edges of the raised platform in the lobby. The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room service - I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post.   Room clean, good location, room large for price, when compared with other hotels in the same price range downtown. Decor was modern, furniture comfortable, and the room had a refrigerator, small kitchen area and sink. Also equipped with washer. Good Italian restaurant downstairs with nice atmosphere. Bed is comfortable. - We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The rooftop garden is beautiful and a perfect place for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern.
