  Generator was a great place to stay in Venice. Even though it is on Giudecca, there is a vaporetto stop near the hostel and getting to St. Mark's Square is quick and easy. Staff were generally helpful and made a special effort to help us locate a lost piece of luggage at the airport. We stayed in a 4 bed with an en suite bathroom that was clean, s... vad folk säger » pacious, and had a great view. The lobby was inviting and modern, and the breakfast is a good value. Certainly better than your average budget hostel. - They helped me to charge my phone when my cable got broken. Very comfortable beds with lights that don't disturb others. Quite cheap, good breakfast for additional price. It was a half-populated 16 person dorm, but it was comfortable to stay there. It is on a separate island from the city center, but public transport is working all the night so it's not a problem.

  Helt okej läge, fin utsikt - Spacious rooms, clean. Good location. Own bathroom. Very simple accommodation - so if your requirements are not too great this is good value for money. - you get what you pay. very near to bienale,you save money for the vaporreto
