  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  Amazing hotel with awesome view! It was one of the most memorize breakfast in my life- sunrise through the window, appetizing delicious nice & various food, good service! SPA is splendid, but for charge. I suppose it had to be free even indoor swimming pool. - An amazing hotel with a wonderful staff.   The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle. The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. Take a stroll off the main streets and take the countryside pathways to explore and walk through the park. Boat trips available to sail on the lake. - The locati... vad folk säger » on was ideal. The staff were so accommodating. Our party consisted of 9 family members ranging from one year old to 75. The hotel was beautiful. And since we paid in full a month prior to our stay, the deal was phenomenal.

  Wonderful situation and lovely in the autumn. Marvellous grounds, access to the lake, lots of different places to walk and to enjoy the views.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very peaceful, but walk outside the grounds into Sirmioneand there's lots of activity ! - the Villa Cortine is an outstanding place to simply relax and enjoy life.   We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake.   We loved everything about the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni! We made our reservation based on a recommendation from a well-travelled, trusted friend, and we were not disappointed. The entire facility is pristine, despite it's age. The service was second to none, from the bellman to the concierge to the housekeeping staff and the waiters in the res... vad folk säger » taurants and dining room. Our room overlooked the garden and was right next to the church. It was lovely in every sense of the word. The windows opene - Superbly located on water's edge with magnificent outlook over the lake to the western shore. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very spacious (two rooms plus excellent bathroom) with lake view. Staff were pleasant and helpfull with no trace of pretension or snobbishness. Dinner in Mistral restaurant, while expensive, was superb and good value. As a bit of a splurge, Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni really delivered and is on our bucket-list for a return visit!
