  Overall we had a nice 5 day's stay at the hotel. The Island is still pretty and unspoilt and there are some small rocky beaches. Positive is the friendly staff and serving a good breakfast.   We had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent and we were treated like royalty, room was super clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful patio leading to the thermal pool area, Alberto the receptionist made sure to make our stay a one to remember.   We were very impressed by the way staff arranged all transfers particularly because we did not speak Italian. The desk staff were wonderful. Such a relief to be able to communicate in English. Loved the place. - Great staff, beautiful grounds.

  I loved the location of the hotel and the views from the breakfast terraces facing the islands of Baziluzzo and Stromboli. I loved the decoration, so charming and elegant and tasteful. I liked the art in the dining area, the Sicilian ceramics in the living area, the director's chairs on the terraces with spotl - Fantastically accomodating staff, exceptionally beautiful scenery and perfectly finished hotel. The photos didn't do the place justice at all. On entering our room, the view of the sea, greenery, sunshine and the sound of crashing waves was breathtaking! Our room was not typical of 5* luxuary but had been thoughtfully furnished with a nice firm mattress superking unlike a lot of other hotels. The outdoor breakfast was fantastcally accommodating with a very relaxed attitude towards time. The

  Friendliness of staff, stunning views, relaxed atmosphere and terrific evening meals! - The infinity pool has the most amazing view and our room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. The restaurant had a very interesting menu and the terrace makes a perfect place to enjoy breakfast with the stunning views across to Stromboli.

  From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view. The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained. The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good. The hotel has a nice SPA.   Warm,friendly front desk staff made our stay very enjoyable. Facilities were great location minutes walk to beach and Main Street shops and restaurants. Pool area was wonderful and relaxing with views of the ocean and town. Rooms were spacious with huge terrace to enjoy evening meals outside or just relax. Kitchen was very handy in the apartments ... vad folk säger » especially for longer stays. It was very hard to leave this beautiful oasis. We were very happy we stayed here in Canneto instead of the main town of - The location was perfect, Just a short downhill stroll to beach,bus stop and good restaurant.Shuttle bus from Lipari was convient views from pool are picture postcard gym a bonus and staff always had a smile on their face no request was to much trouble.
