There are fourteen apartments occupying two floors. This apartment is full of atmosphere and has elegant furnishings. The shared roof terrace is 300 m2 and enjoys a magnificent view of the sea, Tropea and the Aeolian Islands.
The roof terrace has sun loungers, parasols and two jacuzzis with massage and colour therapy. The beach and sea can be reached on foot and by car. Parghelai and Tropea have one of the most beautiful coastlines in Calabria. Beautiful sandy beaches alternate between coves, cliffs and rocks.
