  Very good location, 5 minutes from Fontana de Trevi o Pizza de Spagna. Great quality/price relation, it offered more than expected. Run by nice people. It has been recently renovated so even though the building is old La Piccola Maison is completly new inside, spacious, clean, even jacuzzi in one of the rooms, much better than many 4 stars hotels. ... vad folk säger » Don´t think about it, very good deal. - Everything was really fantastic.   Joey at the reception was very kind and helpful and gave us lots of tips about the city. The suite was nicely furnished and decorated, its clean and quite. The location is good next to "Barberini" metro station and lots of bus lines that will take you to the main attractions. Many restaurants near by. Joey set us a limo to the airport for - I had a fantastic stay at Tolentino Suites recently on a business trip that I brought my partner with me on. It lived up to the reviews, in particular Joey who manages the place was very nice and helpful. The best thing about this B&B is the location, so easy to get to everywhere of interest, and there is a metro and taxi just down the road about 100m.

  Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   excellent location, 5m to the metro station and at least 8 buses surrounding. The staffs were very nice and kind. They gave you many useful information for which you are looking. The room was not big but clean, neat and tidy. Everyday, the staff does housekeeping. Although the breakfast was simple, one girl will prepare everything before you arriv... vad folk säger » e. Todo fue perfecto. Buena calidad/precio y céntrico. Hotel pequeño por lo que no hay mucho bullicio de gente. Si vuelvo a Roma, repetiré. I was there 2 nights and I don´t have any complaint. Good price, good quality, clean and above all a good location. The hotel is small so there is not too much noise during the night. If I will go back to Rome, I will repeat in this hotel for sure.
