  Logistic, rooms, location, service - Fantastic location, amazing spa and the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. Very easy access to the spa from your room, no need to go through other parts of the hotel which was much appreciated.

  nice atmosphere - The worst hotel I ever stayed in. The room had only a small window, was narrow and very dark, no a/c, hefty feather bed in the summer, expensive - they did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out.

  Hotel is located outside the city center in a quite, green and peaceful area, it's a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. The personel is available for every question and very kind. Great breakfast. Very clean and well maintaned facilities. The personel speaks english and italian too!! - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.   I made a simple request to have a small refrigerator and we found ourselves in the room I had chosen online. Not only was my request honored but there was a beautiful kitchenette, fully stocked to cook, a living room and 2 lovely bedrooms. It is in an exclusive area in Rottach, and just a walk away from lake Tegern. You will love this place.
