Att man blev uppringt från hotellet några minuter efter bokningen konfirmerades och utsikt över floden från balkongen. - Good location with lovely views and nice food - Clean room, rather large; hotel incl. rooms in good shape. Nice 5 - 10 min walk to town along Mosel.

Our room was on the 5th floor with a tiny balcony overlooking the Rhine,
which was perfect for us to sit and watch the boats go by. The room was
well equipped, very clean, with even a hospitality tray - rare outside
the uk. There was also free WiFi which was a nice bonus. The staff were
friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and in a pleasant room.

We liked everything about the Hotel, owner and his team. Even though the
Rhine had flooded the front of the Hotel and gardens it did not stop the
Owner and the staff from running it well even though they were keeping
back the Rhine . I should also mention that the owner speaks perfect
english and had an interesting conversation with him covering various
subjects in depth. Food both at breakfast eas good and we also ate in
the evening and yet again the food and service was good, The bedrooms

We came off a boat trip up the Rhine and found the hotel an easy 15min walk to the hotel from the landing. We found the staff most helpful as we only speak English. They directed us to a great little German pub with very good food at an excellent price. The host was a hoot!! The hotel breakfast was lovely , well presented. -

We've been travelling for over three months now and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The staff were amazing; the rooms were clean and quiet; wifi was reliable; the breakfast was a huge buffet and there was coffee to go. It was great to leave the car in the free carpark and walk the 2km across the Mosel River into Trier - an amazing historical city.
