  Very nice staff. Rooms surprisingly roomy, big even when compared to US hotels. Breakfast was outstanding with multiple abundant choices. Excellent location with very close trnasportation options. The "apartment" was excellent for our family easily acoomodating the 4 of us. It's in a great location, close to the subway and Marienplatz. We arrived very early from our flight and the hotel staff was very accommodating and let us check-in a few hours early.

  Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - The standard of 5 stars was strictly respected

  The staff spoke English very well. They were very helpful to me and my sister. They answered all my questions and gave me directions. I really liked the decor of the breakfast room. Very German and attractive. The coffee was the best we had on our trip. Also the location was the best.   This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extremely clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful.   Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  The price and the location of the hotel, close to Munich center - We are senior couple and prefere to stay close to the downtown, so that to be able to return home in the afternoon and relax for a while to be ready for further explorations. The stuff was invisible but helpful. As for the Value for Money, it's hard to imagine anything better. We really enjoyed our staying in the Hotel. Thank you! - Location. Staff. Clean new rooms.
