  I liked that it was easy to get in and out at all hours and that I could leave my bag in the luggage room for a while after checking out. - It was all positive stories staying at A&O. I really got the real value for all money paid. Would surely come again. Thanks

  Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was wi-fi available and they served a varied and good breakfast, which was included in the price. Room was small, but comfy, with street view. They've cleaned and arranged the room every day.   Very friendly and humorous staff. Nice, clean and spacious room/bathroom. Conveniently located next to Altona station with easy access to everywhere. We had reserved paid parking in the basement but still the receptionist gave us the choice to cancel it and park on the street for free. Free Wifi. This is the place to stay if you are in Hamburg ... vad folk säger » with friends. - I was totally impressed with the Hotel and it's staff and not to mention the close proximity to the public train system. Best bang for your buck for those travelers looking to country hop and need a clean and comfortable room. I've been traveling in Europe for two months and will now only stay at Meininger Hotels.   Fint och rent rum, vi hade turen att få ett på översta våningen. Nära till allt i St Pauli. - Rent och fräscht, bra läge, lugnt och fridfullt trots närhet till Reeperbahn. Fanns gratisparkering att hitta några kvarter bort. Helt okej med tanke på pris och läge! Rekommenderas av oss!

  Friendly staff on reception. Perfect location and rooms for a group of 7 young lads. If you're after luxury this isn't it but for convenience it is perfect. Definitely recommend it for groups of lads - Very cheap, girl at the reception very friendly and helpful !

  As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel. The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe. The bedroom section was roomy enough to accommodate both my manual wheelchair and my larger outdoor scooter. And the staff were friendly, courteous and prof - The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

  Very clean and comfortable room, facilities were great. Parking was a bit squished but it was fine. Location is good proximity to the city center (with a car as we had) and many supermarkets etc. Overall it was a great stay with no issues. - Clean,tidy and little noise from others staying. Transport okay once familiar with the system.

  I'd best describe the hotel as a "very comfortable, high quality hotel with friendly backpacker hostel type ambiance". Everything has been thought of to make the stay easy, agreable and fun - including option for travellers on a budget. Despite the affortable rooms, I found more "travel essentials" being met at the SuperBude than at most 4* hotels... vad folk säger » . We stayed in double rooms and then updadet to the "Rockstar Suite" - definitely worth the money... Tip: if you're staying in the Rockstar Suite, bri - Everything is brand-new and pretty well designed. Very stylish and simple. Breakfast for additional price but that was a good choice of food. The location is excellent: lots of bars, cafes and fruit markets. Just across the hotel one can find small shop to buy fish sandwiches. The centre is reachable by S- and U-Bahn, at the hotel also one can borrow a bike (we didn't try but it supposedly included in price).

  This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. There is also a metro stop very close by, and it's a 10 minute walk to the Reeperbahn, however, it's far enough away to not be disturbed by any n... vad folk säger » oise.
