  This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.

  So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. The guest kitchen system is a great innovation and offers further enhancement to a stay. A place to revisit without doubt. - Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

  I was a little bit sceptical when I booked this hotel because there were no other comments from boooking users but then I was really surprised. this hotel is comfortable and cozy and we had a pleasant stay. it is a bit old but you can see they are renewing it since it's now part of novum hotel group.
