Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

trevlig personal - We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

Vi bodde i en junior svit vilket var riktigt bra. Badrum och faciliteter var hög standard på.
Första kvällen åt vi på hotellets restaurang. Det började lovande med små starters etc., men tyvärr var inte våra varmrätter riktigt så vällagade som vi hoppats och priset en aning högt. -

I really like the time that I spent in this hostel. The location is very convenient and close to the historical center of Berlin. So You can go by foot for sightseeng.
Especially I would like to mention the great breakfast which is so useful for a traveler! =) -
Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Price is incredibly low.

Hotellets läge tycker jag/vi var det bästa samt frukostbuffen var utmärkt. - Rent och snyggt rum. Trevligt med antika möbler och alla gamla ting att titta på. Artig och vänlig personal. Mycket god frukostbuffé! En middag åts på hotellet och den var vällagad och snabbt serverad.

I was actually amazed by the hotel. I hadn't expected this standard at all. The bathroom was just beautiful! And I have a particular bee in my bonnet about hotel bathrooms. We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend. On arrival, we were informed that our room rate (c€75/night) was inclusive of breakfast, soft drinks and hot drinks, which was a real bonus. Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market.
Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner.
Staff were friendly and always helpful.
