  Very friendly and humorous staff. Nice, clean and spacious room/bathroom. Conveniently located next to Altona station with easy access to everywhere. We had reserved paid parking in the basement but still the receptionist gave us the choice to cancel it and park on the street for free. Free Wifi. This is the place to stay if you are in Hamburg ... vad folk säger » with friends. - I was totally impressed with the Hotel and it's staff and not to mention the close proximity to the public train system. Best bang for your buck for those travelers looking to country hop and need a clean and comfortable room. I've been traveling in Europe for two months and will now only stay at Meininger Hotels. Thanks again for the A+ experience.

  Cleanliness and comfort - The set up of the room is AMAZING! Mini-bar ( fair priced treats), ironing board, safe, great beds, closet, and the en suite bathroom was a dream come true! The room was VERY clean. The hotel is located steps from the train station, not exactly in the middle of Hamburg's action...but, a quick train ride from it.   The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was free and very good, bread, cheese, meats, fruit juices, tea and coffee provided. The rooms were clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable.   Fräscht hotell med bra läge. - Service excellent and staff friendly. Rooms spacious and well designed. Well placed for access to Hamburg. Would highly recommend as a city base. - Kindness of the staff. We were tired after our way to Hamburg. They ensured very pleasant welcoming! Breakfast is excellent!

  Very clean and comfortable room, facilities were great. Parking was a bit squished but it was fine. Location is good proximity to the city center (with a car as we had) and many supermarkets etc. Overall it was a great stay with no issues. - Clean,tidy and little noise from others staying. Transport okay once familiar with the system.
