This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I loved our two nights at the Quisisana!!! We were treated royally and loved every minute of it. What a dream weekend!! I let the staff know that it was our first time to Baden - Baden and that my wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they graciously upgraded our room to the most luxurious room I have every seen much less spent the

I cannot thank the staff enough!!! - Very quiet and peaceful setting, friendly helpful and courteous staff, only ten minute walk to centre of Baden Baden via a very pretty route. Hotel has a complimentary taxi to restaurants in the evening. Good breakfast, I had a single room and often these can be of poorer quality. It was a big room with a balcony and a prime view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Allt var utmärkt. Personalen var ovanligt hjälpsam o vänlig. Rumemt var rent o bekvämt. Dubbla dörrar t korridoren samt tyst läge mot parken gav lugn o ro. The staff was wonderful and very kind. I was greeted with warmth and concern. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet which is what I needed most. everything. The rooms, the service, the location the atmosphere - you name it. - I loved the "Little Prince" pictures everywhere. The tea was lovely, the staff was helpful, friendly, and gracious. I also like the library and the use of the internet. My room was charming and more than adequate.
