  The hotel staff were excellent, the room was a great size and the towels and other amenities were of a very good quality. We had a lovely bath in our room which was an added luxury. The food was excellent. - Really nice rooms, lovely comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Great location near the centre of the town and right beside a park and the river.

  Central location, great value for money, easy to find, helpful and very friendly staff and very clean. Secure parking. Everything one would need for an overnight stay to break a long journey. Stayed twice in the last 6 months, brilliant both times, would recommend highly and close to good choice of restaurants. - The service was brilliant, they h... vad folk säger » elped us with plates and cutlery as we have a little baby and we had to eat a picnic dinner in the courtyard within range of the baby monitor. We also left our baby carrier behind which they sent on to us. Very happy indeed.

  Staff were very helpful especially recommending a very good doctor when I became ill. Hotel is well located near the town centre and has excellent car parking facilities. - The proximity to the springs of Vichy and the Belle Epoque spa areas cannot be beat. The lobby is grand, deceptively, since the rooms were decidedly not.
