Well-equipped gym, nice SPA incl. small swimming pool (partially outdoor). Interesting design.   excellent ski-in ski-out location ad heated locker rooms. inside accommodation was great quality and very spacious for the 4 of us. staff were helpful with a very late check in (past midnight).

  We were given one with wonderful views over the resort. Mme. Marie and her assistant ,Andre ,did make meaningful amends such as not charge us for the failure of so several vital facilities . That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us.   The staff working in this hotel is above excellent. Travelling with a 6 months old can be challenging but all our requests were looked after with the greatest care. Contrary to what you would expect in the mountain resort, the food was great.   We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.
