  Upon arrival - it was clear that the hotel had missed my request for a 3rd bed for my son to be added to our room. However within minutes they had arranged a huge 'Privilege' room and someone was there with extra towels and the 3rd bed. The service was excellent - the room we were given was fabulous value as we paid only 80Euro and the rate should... vad folk säger » have been 235 Euro!   The owner was really friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us find a particular bank, and print a map for us to find it. We went there for the wonderful Nuit des Chimeres, an evening light show in the old city, which was stunning. - The hotel is a bit older but nicely remodeled. Quite comfortable and centrally located.   Reception and the attitude of the receptionists (all of them) to problem solving, their courtesy and good humour. They dealt with the problem outlined in the red box very well and should be commended. It is only when things go wrong that one realises the quality of staff. You have excellent staff.   I only had an overnight stay. The room was very clean and had everythingI needed including tv and tea/coffee making facilities. I had previouslystayed at the Campanile hotel in Bayeaux and that was one of the reasonsI chose Campanile again - Good food

  The location of the hotel is excellent - in a quiet side street near the main rail station and situated opposite a church school. The frequent and modern Le Mans tram network (two stops are within easy walking distance) provides links to the medieval city, the shopping centre, the motor racing circuit and the University. Over - The breakfast was very good with plenty of quality food. The service at reception was efficient, helpful and friendly. Our bathroom was large and spotless, the bedroom was fine. It was quiet and overlooked the inner courtyard. Décor was interesting. Conveniently located near the railway station and tram lines, without being too close.
