  The hotel was spacious and spotless throughout: the public areas, the corridors and the rooms. The hotel is fairly new but everything seemed tastefully appointed and well furnished without being cluttered and no where felt cramped or badly designed. The bathroom was large and well equipped as well. The staff were very friendly and efficie - staff willing to help. We arrived late and they were very helpful. The staff also was able to give us help and useful hints for traveling in France. Staff also helped with us getting public transportation to Paris. The hotel offered a great breakfast with a wide variety of items to chose from.

  We stayed at this hotel on our return journey from Southern France. It was easy to find and well situated in a small town, which was very appealing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was in an annexe through the courtyard, and was situated right at the end of the building, and was extremely quiet. We ate in the restaurant, and found the food to be of exceptional quality and - The proprietor and his wife were welcoming and friendly. The room provided all that we needed. We had our elderly dog with us and she was made welcome. The evening meal options were good and the meal itself was good. If we need a stopover hotel again between SW France and the UK, then we will definitely consider this hotel.
