  When we arrived at the hotel the parking was plentiful the girl who served us was very pleasant and helpful the wine choice was good and the room was spotless and it was nice to have tea making facilities.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area.   Family owned and operated. Extremely helpful and friendly. Made excellent recommendations for restaurants convenient to the hotel and for travel in the Rouen area, as we had a car.
