  Friendly lady on arrival allowed us to switch rooms. Interesting swimming pool half way up the hill and place had a relaxed ambience. Well placed to visit the town. - A very central position close to restaurants.

  Hotel is clean and comfortable and provides excellent value for money. It is well positioned for exploring the fantastic Tarn Gorges with many fascinating tourist attractions. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant with a gourmet chef Daniel Lagrange who provides fabulous food at a very reasonable price. No hesitation in providing the highest recommendation for this accommodation. - It was a lovely, french, family hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with local information. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with new bathrooms. The swimming pool and gardens were gorgeous, even better than in the hotel photos.You can have drinks in the garden in the evening. It was altogether very relaxing.

  We had a really relaxing stay. The silence, the pleasant garden, the warm welcome, everything was just as planned. - Lovely smal town of Meyrueis with restaurants along the river. Quiet rooms and grounds. Games room.

  Loved this place. Simply amazing value, I challenge you to find anywhere like it in France! Set in a stunning locatation. As you enjoy the pool you watch eagles in the sky above and listen to the river running through gorge below. The friendly owner and his staff are on hand to cater for your every need. Don't be worried about the lack of air con, the rooms are naturally cool. We stay - brilliant setting, comfortable room with balcony overlooking gorge, demi-pension was extremely good with typical regional food & wine included for 90euro very friendly, family atmosphere.

  We were given a very comfortable room with a balcony commanding an excellent view over the village and hills. The room was spotless and both bed and bathroom were good. There is a pleasant lounge/reading room on the 1st floor where wifi was stronger but it worked in our room . The village is small but offers a choice of eating and drinking places.... vad folk säger » - Really friendly, welcoming, helpful owners. Happy to provide alternative breakfast when told of allergies. Great location with river flowing outside balcony, and view of gorge. Good base for walker, canoeists, cyclists or for relaxing in the little park. I didn't want to leave!

  Very quite, nice big room, decent bath/shower. Good secure inside motorcycle parking. Use of pool, very nice village/country surroundings. This is not as remote as other reviews have said, this adds to its attraction - Wonderful, wonderful traditional french hotel. Excellent welcome from the very attentive and always helpful patronne.
