  The location was perfect just across from the station. The flat itself was very well appointed with a great view of the street. The flat was much nicer then most hotels in Lille that were twice as much - Excellent situation near the (Flandres) rail station. The bedsit had all you'd need for a short self-catering stay.   Price. And its location to the train stations make it perfect for a stopover hotel on your way to somewhere else which we were. The rooms are small, but sufficient enough to enjoy a nights sleep.   Fantastic location to Eurostar and town centre. Couldn't have been better. Excellent breakfast too for 6 Euros. - Convenient, reasonably priced, excellent value for the money. Towels changed both days we stayed. A brilliant location right in the centre. Could be noisy on lower floors because of traffic, but it didn't bother us much.

The facilities are well described on the website and the staff were excellent. The price and the level of comfort is what you would expect from this grade of hotel.
