  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone. Tea, coffee capsules and suga - The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent.   I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square.   Adagio Buttes Chaumont was exactly what we were looking for for our stay in Paris. It was away from the main tourist areas but easily accessible by metro to all of the city. A quiet residential neighborhood, close to shopping for food and services. The kitchen was small but perfect for the type of meal preparation we wanted.   A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! And the staff is very helpful - Very clean, homelike room with kitchen facilities, close to the metro station and to all attractions in Marais area. Would come again.
